Yep, so I'm back with Necrons. What do you think of the following list to face Deathwing / Land Raiders ?

Trazyn

Harbinger of the Storm w/ field

Necron Warriors x20

Necron Warriors x20

Necron Immortals x10
Night Scythe

Scarabs swarms x5

Scarab Swarms x5

Doomsday Ark

Doomsday Ark

Total : 1500

Hi, I am not a Necron player yet but really interested in Necron army, Imho, it may be good to add a squad of tomb spider, to keep breeding Scarabs, as large swarm could create headache for elite army with few model counts like deathwing. I also think getting a Ghost Ark to repair your warriors once they got shot down is a good idea. Just my two cents, as I don't have the Necron Codex and want to wait for the new codex to release.

It would be advisory to scrap the immortals and add a few deathmarks into the night scythes, swap trazyn for an overlord with semp weave and warscythe. That way you can kill those terminators with the deathmarks special rule (I've forgot what its called) and your overlord can easily destroy land raider and yet more terminators

Wraiths would be good against Termies.
I'd take three squads of five led by a DLord.
The Warriors need mobility to reach objectives and pop the LR.

I've ran lists similar to this in a 3000 point game and it didn't do too well against deathwing.
Trazyn Doesn't seem all that useful. Against deathwing a better choice would be Zandrehk, Anrakyr or a DLord to join the wraiths.
My blobs of 20 warriors got crunched by land raiders, even with res orbs, so I can see yours not lasting all that long. Against deathwing termies they'll just get tied up in a combat they aren't going to win, so I'd personally bring less and put them in transport.
Scarabs are okay if you're careful with your movement.
Doomsday arks are great for the firepower, just don't expect them to live past turn 3.

Actually, terminators are nowhere near as scary to Necrons in combat as any equivalent combat unit might be. No sweeping.

Popping vehicles is easily done with 2 OLords of any stripe. That allows for multiple units consisting of a Night Scythe, 5 Immortals, and 2 Stormteks each. At less than 12", Haywire Staves deliver an average 2.5 HP loss each whereas a Gauss Carbine delivers 0.22 HP loss each, and the 3+ Armor Save Immortals get will shield the Crypteks' 4+ from Bolter fire. A can opener delivered to your opponent's doorstep.
