In all honesty what I do now is get these cases:
http://www.amazon.ca/Miniatures-Citadel-Figure-Cases-Cardboard/dp/B00JDO8I80/ref=aag_m_pw_dp?ie=UTF8&m=A26PHUN8JZBLY4
I then just use a knife to cut threw mutiple layers of foam to fit the larger models. I then swap trays between my one
GW case and the cardboard stoage cases to take what I need to my games. For $30 and Free Shipping in Canada they are AMAZING.
Sadly I don't see that spefic case on the amazon american website. All I could find was the one I linked, witch is still a prety good price and looks like it has a free-shipping option also inside the US. I would sujest cutting the bottom out of one of the normal trays to sit ontop of the 60mm tray top make your 100mm.
I'm also a fan of these cases, because if you sell the army latter, you give them the foam and cardboard storage case, and keep the hard storage case to use for other armies. Makes it alot easier to ship if you ebay and helps get haggle abit more for your stuff.
