Thanks, Kr00gz! The drain pipe one will have some water effects after its painted. The panels with the bulletholes are from the etched brass sheet that comes with the GW basing kit

Started laying down some paint! I've noticed that the way I arranged the scrap metal on one of them looks like a fallen signpost. I'd like some ideas on what the sign might have been? I'm thinking mine field or radiation but I want something more grim dark! Any thoughts?

They are excellent - I needed some inspiration for my deadzone based.

How did you bend the plasticard as you have?

Glad you like them I cut strips and squares of plasticard, drilled the rivet holes and literally twisted them and bent them in my fingers. No heat or anything needed. Once the rust is on there they really look like scrap metal. Very pleased

Here's where I'm up to today. All painted and just layering up the water effects. I really like the litter but struggling to weather paper. They aren't glued down yet.

Excellent. TBH, I think the paper looks really good as is. It pops a little off the base, but not too much
