So with all the fun and games in the WFB game, the End Times destroying whole continents and the Slann enacting "Exodus" who else would welcome the cold blooded ones to 40k

This looked pretty cool and the Slann and lizardmen have always been in 40k background..........with even occassional army lists and the like IIRC.

Be nice to have a non Marine, new Xenos army list - add it to Adepta Sororitas and Mechanicum and we could get some really fun new stuff for 2015, at least IMO or we could just keep padding out Astartes Codex with sleighs.............. know we have a few lizard mercenary races int eh game / fluff but not quite like this

I don't think 40k needs a new race. You could incorporate them into the Tau Empire as a race that was brought into the fold, but there aren't really any archetypes that they can fill that aren't already taken by other races. That said, I love the idea of them being figureheads in the background, but we don't need Codex: Lizardmen.
