Plasma sponsons are risky don't want your tanks blowing up due to bad dice. Id much prefer to have bolters on there for the extra dakka that also means you can have points left over too stick on a heavy stubber . Also for your 20 points extra armour for either both Chimeras

Pretty classic. keep the plasma sponsors you have pask for PE
Generic as generic gets. i would remove the auto cannon. no point.
better off putting those into some vehicle upgrades or melta bombs or somthing.

The executioners should work great because Pask's warlord trait allows you to reroll 1s for your Gets Hot! roll. I haven't used a Vanquisher with Pask before-- I'm sure that his few shots are almost sure to hit, so just make sure to use the split fire tank order when running this anti-vehicle tank with 2 tanks that are more anti-TEQ/MEQ.
Personally, I would only run one of those squads of vets + chimera, and without the autocannon. The extra 210 points (-180 vets, -10 autocannon, 20 extra) would probably best be used getting more bodies on the table IMHO. I'd say run a platoon with 2 inf squads and a HWS with autocannons. That should give you 5 points to give an extra weapon or two to the infantry, whether bolters on the officer and sergeants, a GL or flamer, perhaps.

My buddy who's always beaten me has done Pask and friends squadron 3 executioners with multi melta sponsons and Lascannon front. he also takes a psyker with divination to give the unit prescience. So yeah hate that unit but it's always done well when I see it

Thanks a lot for the feedback, would you replace the autocannon for lascannon for example ? or sink the points into something else ?

Just drop the autocannons. Use the points for upgrades to the tanks/chimeras. Basically anything that tickles your pickle. This mech-AM list has been one of the only lists that has endured 5th-7th edition and still remained viable.

Drop. You are going to be moving them forward which means they snap which is a waste of points.
If anything remove those and get a psyker. always nice having one if only just to get some extra dispel dice.

Sure why not. -2 auto cannons and the 20 point you already have, kill the camo net on the pask and possibly return him a relic plate gives you enough for a lv1 prime psyker.
Divination can net you twinlinked which is good on any of your units, or im sure there are other fun ones.
If you want to get fancy there is also the enginseer which is fluffy but silly in most competitive games

20 str 5 shots with rending are far more likely to pop anything over a 1 shot vanquisher cannon.

I'd split the pask's squadron.
One is pask + executioner, another is a single eradicator with HB. The reason is you've got too many eggs in one basket and are limiting yourself both with deployment and firing possibilities. 2 Executioners firing at a single target in a 1k game is usually an overkill. Eradicator cause you don't have enough point-effective anti-light infantry. How are you gona deal with an ork horde or, say, pathfinders in a ruin? Besides, it's cheaper and will allow you to dield something more.
Pasknisher is great. It can't deal with av14 from afar as reliably as a vanquisher, however, it's a universal tank that will work in every situation. Be it shooting infantry, elite infantry, vehicles or even flyers. But you got no bauble wrap in your list to protect it properly. So, 24 range might be a problem. I find him working with footguard much better.

They will be too close if you are using paskquisher to deal with them  (24" guns ya know?)

Nah that's precisely the point of the paskquisher (vanquisher) over pasknisher (punisher), range.
And yeah the punisher is too short-ranged for that, it's great for popping infantry / light vehicles (including TEQ through weight of fire) but def. not good at dealing with high AV.

Actually You could also kill some points off the multi melta since your plan is to skirt them outside of 24". they will be kinda wasted points for a while.

even perhaps pick up a commissar/priests or two by the time you cut the fat.
Nothing like disembarking 1 model to go hold an objective behind a wall and the opponent going wtf?! and scrambling to deal with it.
