I am currently running this list:

2 x Dagger Squadron B-Wings both with Advanced Sensors
2 x Red Squadron X-wings with no upgrades

This list has only lost once so far and that was vs a dual Firespray Scum list with Bobba Fett and Kath Scarlett. A major factor in the loss was due to a round of poor piloting on my part.

I am thinking of changing to the following list:

4 x Blue Squadron B-Wings all with Advanced Sensors

I like the 1st list due in large part to the PS 4 all around and the added versatility with the X-Wings 4 K turn. The 2nd list with 4 B-Wing list is still PS 2 all around, thus going before most swarms and is just a lot of damage points to chew through. Also it is all the same maneuver dial so piloting errors on my part should be reduced significantly. I almost always fly in a tight formation concentrating firepower. And both lists let me do this. I'm obviously not a fan of the uber upgraded character pilots as I like the increased number of attack dice and damage boxes that the 4 ship build provides.

So what do you guys think? Is the trade off of PS 4 but different dials for PS 2, same dial and 6 more damage worth it?

Your biggest problem is going to be phantoms and similar arc dodgers. With four low-PS ships it's going to be very hard to get enough concentrated firepower to break through the green dice and evade tokens. If you fly in formation nobody gets to shoot, if you spread out to cover the whole table with your arcs you'll be shooting three red dice against four or five greens. If you want a b-wing list a much better option is to take three blues with FCS and Roark with an ion turret and Chewbacca. Roark gives PS 12 to whichever b-wing has Whisper in arc and hopefully a turn or two of that is enough to get a kill.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

I ran Roark with Blaster Turret and Recon Specialist, 2 Blues with Advanced Sensors, and 2 Bandit Squads at a tournament last weekend.

It did extremely well against phantoms, like Peregrine said just spread your arcs and get to work. My biggest issue was other 4-5 ship rebel builds.
