Drone without a Controller






Like many people I'm not a fan of the Warp Spiders models.
The monopose squad with awful looking guns looks very dated. Which is a shame because if you look closely the sculpts are actually quite nice.
If only they all looked like the exarch, now that model is cool!

Quite a while ago I set about converting my own out of a box of guardians and a box of necron warriors. So far I am happy with the results.

I've just realised the pic of the squad doesn't include the Jump Generators.

Those look amazing! I love the concept and execution. If you wouldn't mind I'd love to see the models from the rear to see their packs and how the weapon arms attach. Wouldn't mind also knowing what parts you used from which boxes, I recognize the Eldar bits quite easily but I'm not very familiar with the Necron bits and what boxes have them.

Can't wait to see these fully painted and thanks for sharing!
