How shall I fill out this list (I really want the horde army)?

Thanks!

Lascannons on regular infantry are a waste. Put them on veterans or command squads for BS4. With such a pricey weapon you want it to hit more often. Also, where's your HQ? I believe you're Unbound without one.

Is this list based on the models you have or is it a wishlist?

If you're going Horde then definitely Company Commander so he can boss everyone around.

You've got an awful lot of heavy weapons in your platoons which may end up harming your manoeuvrability. Why not drop the lascannons as they don't really match you meltas either (meltas being 12" and LC being 36 or 48").

I really like your, its very similar to one that I have will be running in a league next week.

Go for the company command squad and give a regimental standard and Master of Ordnance and have him sit back dropping pie plates on people.

Don't worry about the mobility of your men, just conga line them back and then use the forward for emperor rule to move and shoot at full BS

Hope this helps and welcome to foot guard!

Yay, commissar blobs! This list is going to be a lot of fun to play! I'm still not sure about all those infantry lascannons, but then again, where else are you gonna put them? Sounds like you already have the models and they may prove to be a nasty surprise. Let us know how it works out.

You have 190 points in AA guns. That's 20 points more expensive than a vendetta.

What do you expect to get out of creed?

Officers of the fleet are confusing as you have few/no reserves and they require you to pass a ld 7 test to work.

Command squads don't really need all those goodies. You could put them in chimeras and they'd be more durable. Do you need both of them (especially as creed has like, 5 orders)?

Grenade launcher special weapon squads do not make much sense, especially as they are not mounted in anything, so are slow and very squishy.

I don't like ratlings, but you may have had a purpose for them?

Infantry squads are still confused. Las cannons say stay back, melta guns say get close. You could keep the las cannons in the infantry and put meltas on special weapons squads and try and get them closer to the enemy (creed + outflank + transport?)

Autocannon heavy weapon squads are vulnerable to s6 weapons.

With a stubborn ld 10 inquisitor and a couple of commissars, I do not think you will need 2 regimental standards, as a majority of your army will have fearless or be able to kill a man to pass ld.

Inquisitor is fun, don't forget that he gets a free force weapon with the upgrade to lvl 1 psyker.

Good points, in my gaming community people use flyers (a lot) and I figured that having a few AA pieces makes people worried and thrown of their game (so it is more a psychological thing ).

The creed thing is just that I wanted orders and warlord traits, have not played a game yet so I do not really know how everything fits together.

Grenade launchers and rattling is included because I have the models an think they are cool

The inf squads I made with the thought of versatility, lascannon for ranged opponents and melta for opponents who want to get close.

Is not everything in a guard army vulnerable to s6 weapons?

I'd be sceptical of having two CCS at these points, but then I've not tried it before.

Swap them out for some mounted vets with plasma? If you can find the point obviously. But that might take away the footslogger them you got going on.

Maybe invest in a Vox network if you're relying on orders?
