You forgot something quite important. You can not take prask alone and must have another Tank in his unit.

Xenophon, I think where it say Battle Tank in the HQ, thats a bare bones LRBT going with Pask.
Are you playing with a very high amount of terrain? Because if not, the dozer blades could probably be dropped to net you a few more points (unless you really like them stylistically, in which case more power to you!)
The main thing that jumps out to me about this list is that your veterans don't really have a purpose. They're in a Chimera, but with camo gear and a heavy weapon - if they're meant to move fast and take objectives, the missile launchers are wasted. The special weapons they have don't really speak of a singuar purpose either - veterans (especially veterans in a chimera) are you surgical instruments, the counterpoint to the blunt object of your platoon blob. What do you want out of those two units?
Your platoon's purpose is more clear - the presence of the priest is great and as a screen for your tanks, that unit will be a pain in the ass for your opponent to remove - however, since it is likely going to be assaulted, make that a far worse prospect by giving the guardsme flamers? Soften up whatever killy assault squad comes for you with some automatic overwatch hits. The grenade launchers might seem like a good deal, especially while supporting the fire of the autocannons, but frag grenade blasts will on average only get one model, and perhaps not even that with Guardsman BS.
Aside from that though, the list looks solid! Your anti-infantry power is huge, so you should fair very well against Deldar and Tau. Think about making your Veterans more effective TEQ/Tank hunters, because otherwise armour and high armour saves will ruin your party.

Thanks Vader!
I could retool the Veterans to have two meltas and carapace armor. Really I was just going to use them to add to the gunline, holding the flanks of the blob in ruins providing more covering fire, while the chimeras scoot around securing objectives, but I see the value in specializing them. Two chimeras with two meltas each would make short work of any dropping dreads or termies from some of my SM opponents. One can never have enough melta.
Flamers would probably also be beneficial for the platoon. I'm probably not going to be assaulted as much in this tourney as others, but flamers are always a good precaution. I just like grenade launchers because they look cool and krak grenades are useful for killing some 4+ armour bros and damaging light vehicles.
We'll be using a lot of terrain, so I've gotta keep the dozer blades. I also have the worst fortune in our meta when it comes to failing dangerous terrain tests, so if my army is to not collapse under the weight of its own incompetence when it comes to driving, I've gotta play it safe.

A very scary combination a buddy of mine uses is Pask with his vanquisher tank and then 2 other vanquisher tanks so 60 STR 5 shots that reroll 1's due to his preferred enemy whoever he hates at that moment (game). Also if you can throw in some psykers to give this command unit prescience. And even get lucky enough to get that 4+ invul. I've seen it used 7 saves made against melta from rear armor. It's a mean tactic but if you want to win it works.

I think you mean Punisher, not Vanquisher.

Wyverns are terrible, don't even bother taking one, let alone two. Use the points saved for an allied detachment of Grots and a Weirdboy, or Chaos Demons of some flavour, to keep near your infantry blob/tank gunline and stop them from doing anything.
Priests are also never going to do you any good - instead take a Commissar for each infantry squad, so that when the combined blob fails a leadership check they execute all the sergeants at once. Efficiency! I guess they just start shooting each-other when the next leadership check fails?
In all seriousness though, your entire list could be significantly improved by being from the Eldar codex.
Cheers and good luck!
