Laying in the Ultima Segmentum, on the borders of the Damocles Gulf, Kasia is a single continent world consisting of 13 billion people. The vast majority of the population resides in the fertile edges of the continent between the world spanning ocean and the mountains of the great desert. The world's ocean and lack of other large land masses creates massive storms and uncontrollable waters, making the ocean travel almost impossible.
To the West are the lowland and fertile farmlands, historically dominated by the Empire of Sec. The Empire had been the dominant force on the planet for hundreds of years; throughout their history they conquered the coastline and even pieces of the great desert. The power behind the Empire lays in its control of arable land, massive population, and a domineering religion under its thumb. Areas controlled by the empire were subject to worship, and it became a hated force in the East.
The East of the continent is more mountainous, with most of the flat land host to large forests. The East historically was and still is home to the nation of Yalnys, though due to the terrain was often splintered into smaller nations. Of the countless wars fought on Kasia, most of them pivoted between these two powers.
The island nation of Rilan was the most technologically advanced of Kasia's nations, though it has always maintained the smallest population. Rilans defenses not only included advanced anti-air weapons, but large mountains surrounded by the nigh impossible to sail waters of Kasia.
The center of the continent is one massive desert of brown sand interlaced with specs of bright, shining dust. Inhospitable save for the "Edens" and the Dekaai clans. The former survives in small areas of terraformed land powered by a network running all the way to the Western coast. There are twenty Edens, with the capital "Jewel" being the greatest. Despite being a colony of the Empire of Sec and historically allied to them, they were the first to take the Commissars offer.
The Dekaai are the silver eyed outcasts of the rest of Kasia and are the only ones capable of drinking from the Red River running through the center of the desert. They often appear unaffected by the searing heat, and claim that they see the "Dead City," described as a massive Hive spanning the entire desert. The Dekaai are often an instrumental piece of the wars that plagued Kasia's past, with whatever nation capable of controlling a majority of the clans more likely than not to be the victors. They are fairly few in number, and the Commissar did not attempt to recruit them, and unknown to the governments of Kasia, called for inquisitors to investigate.
When the world was brought into the Imperium it was embroiled in national wars, kept ongoing for millennia by shifting alliances and natural defenses. Yanlys had just began an uprising against the Empire of Sec, pushing them to the critical mountain passes in the north and south of the continent. The Dekaai and Yanlysian specialist began a guerrilla war against the Edens, as the Rilan provided weapons to all sides.
Commissar Inglain landed on the planet with a company of the Netherwing Space Marines and a single regiment of the Imperial Guard; knowing that she lacked the strength to forcibly take the planet he instead offered her assistance to the side that would. Taking the vital passes to the north and south of the continent, every army was given two choices: pledge themselves to the Emperor, or attempt to move through the great desert that makes up most of Kasia's landmass.
Given this choice, three of the four armies took up the Imperial Aquila and united forces with Commissar Inglain's. Making short work of Empire of Sec, the three nations united the world for the Imperium.
The 1st Kasian 'Godkillers' were made from the veterans of the last battle in the unification war, consisting of elements of each of the three nations divided into four large companies. This gives the regiment its name in the defeat of the Empire of Sec, as the force that destroyed the main city and religious center of the Western nation's faith.
1st Company: Mixed unit made equally from the veterans of the other three. Typically deployed as a fast attack force and often used to support the other companies. Employs frequent use of Chimeras and demolition squads.
2nd Company: Made up from the large industrial island nation of Rilan, this company is the armored fist of the regiment. Consisting of Leman Russ variants, Hellhounds, Hydras and a Deathstrike launcher. They as well field limited numbers of guardsmen for support.
3rd Company: From the Eastern mountains and forests of Kasia and the lowlands of the West make up the regiments infantry forces. Employing grenade launchers, flamers and tight gunlines, this company often takes high casualties but relies on a majority of the population of the planet for its recruits.
4th Company: Hailing from the great city "Edens" of the Western great desert are Kasia's equivalent to Tempestus Scions. A small population beset by inhospitable desert and the hostile desert clans; the Edens relied on specialized, highly trained, well equipped soldiers to strike important targets to keep the desert clans at bay.
In battle the companies provide support to one another, but will at times fight separately as the battle requires.
Any feedback would be appreciated!

Why "Godkillers"? Sounds... heretical.

I was wondering the same thing myself, I figured they would have killed some serious threat like a greater daemon or something, but to call that a god is indeed heretical at best in the Inquisition's eyes, and I didn't see any massive threat, just a rebellion nation getting crushed.

-Sector: Colyumis
-Planet: Saeria
-Classification: Hive World
-Status: Under Tau assault, recovering from Hive Fleet Gorgon.
-Xeno Forces Present: Tau, Chaos cult activity.
-Imperial Forces: Space Wolves, thirty Imperial Guard regiments, Planetary PDF.
Battles of the Kasian 1st "Godkillers"
The 1st fought on the hive world Saeria against a Tau strike force. Thirty Imperial Guard regiments, elements of the Space Wolves and the planetary PDF. Twenty-five of the guard regiments, the PDF and most of the present Space Wolves were deployed against the Tau; while the Godkillers, four other regiments and elements of the Space Wolves instead deployed to crush the Chaos cult that had taken root in a smaller Hive.
Proving themselves for the first time, as the Godkillers caused heavy damage to the servants of Chaos with artillery and tanks from afar, the 1st Company veterans pushed the heretic's lines as the Space Wolves struck the anti-air captured by the servants of Chaos. Unfortunately the Imperium line against the Tau had faltered, forcing Imperial forces to retreat and cutting off the Godkillers and four other regiments in the recaptured hive.
Under continued assault from Tau forces from outside and remnants of the Chaos cult eating away from it on the inside, the Godkillers are in a precarious position and have suffered heavy casualties.

So this one planet has five various Xenos species attacking it, and is supported by maybe 250 Space Marines and 3 Regiments of Imperial Guard.
This planet is fethed.

Personally, I'd not try to incorporate all the games you might play into one story set on one planet, unless you're playing a campaign game.
After all, this is an IG Regiment. Its job is to deploy and fight the Imperium's wars on planets across a Sector or Sub-sector of space. Maybe consider one specific foe found in the various codices that they fought when first conquering the world (as you've pretty much done already, these other nations being basically IG variants), and now the "continuing story" fighting all these other Xenos is the new Regiment raised from that world, and now plying their trade in the sub-Sector.

Tyranids avoid Necrons if practical. I think you try to do a bit much with this story. Simplicity is key. I would go for Orks and Chaos-cults and maybe have feral Nids present as an afterthought. And I would also pipe down involvement with Space Marines, as they are around humans for briefest of moments before moving on to the next battle-zone.

Salamanders might take a more active role with the guardsmen, to ensure their safety, but its still to a point.

The most humane chapter is the Imperial Fists, they tend to take up the role as advisers for the Imperial forces. But they would also quickly be out of the picture. I have also seen Space Wolves interact with humans, it can be summed up by four things. First they saved them, then they tip-toed around the humans calling Empy for God, then they told them to embrace life and at last they as soon as possible had them transferred out of the vessel with a pace where jettisoning possibly would be slower. I think the comic was named Lone Wolf. Dan Abnett worked on it.

Space Wolves are one of the most-famous Chapters in the modern Imperium. When the Great Hunts are called, the Space Wolves go ranging about the galaxy, looking for Russ. Of course, they've not found him yet, but they inevitably encounter Something Evil, kick its ass, and are proclaimed heroes by all the regular Imperial citizens of the planet(s) they just saved.

This seems surprisingly random to post even for you. Is it rude to ask if you are on drugs? The Space Wolves are the chapter to approach for humanity if nothing else. And I go as noted by what is fluff, not what I want fluff to be.

I was providing you some support to your claim that Space Wolves would help out, and would be popular and famous to the Regular Joes of the Imperium.
The Space Wolves might show up at this planet, in its hour of greatest need, because Grimnar had called a Great Hunt and this is where this particular Great Company had happened to find itself. They find an Imperial World threatened by Xenos and Chaos and, being Space Wolves, they go to do battle and will stay until the enemy has completely quit the field, or been utterly destroyed, because that's how Space Wolves roll.

The main thingy even for the most humane of all chapters is that they quickly tend to get rid of human followers at a disturbing rate.

In the case of this particular topic, that'd be up to the OP, since he's talking about story for his IG Regiment's homeworld. In this particular case, the "Great Hunt Arrives" would justify taking some Space Wolf allies or something, if he wanted to. There are similar events or conditions that could be used for story purposes or to have storyline reasons why a given Chapter is taken by allies. Maybe the planet is in the same sub-Sector that The Rock is currently sitting in, so the Dark Angels show up. Or maybe the planet is a vassal-world to Ultramar. There's all kinds of ideas one could come up with to justify having X Imperial faction as an ally, or just in an army's backstory.
The Space Wolves, themselves, tend not to have "tag-alongs" by non-Fenrisians. They usually don't need them, for one (since their ships are crewed by Fenrisians), and for the second... it's the Imperial Guard. Death in battle is all but guaranteed.

Took all if that into account and updated the battles segment.
Tl;Dr: They are fighting on a world under attack from the Tau, with minor Chaos cult activity also occurring on the planet
On the note of the Space Wolves, I didn't envision then fighting side by side with the Guard, but rather simply being deployed against the same target.
