Just wondering why this guy is considered good and general strategy on how to use him effectively.

Cheers!

- One of the few mastery level 4 psykers in the game
- IIRC, between the two heads, already knows all the tzeentch powers and has one roll on ALL disciplines except telekinesis
- has wings (FMC), so he's quick and hard to kill
- army-wide once-per-turn reroll for just about anything

So he's a scary powerful flying psyker that can fill your HQ slot and will struggle NOT to be cost-effective for just about any demon army.

All of the above. He can really smooth out the randomness in Daemon army

I usually run a tzeentch csm army, but I got this model as one of the pieces in the batch.

Just wondering how to utilize him in csm, maybe he will be in the tzeentch demonkine codex?

Are the demon tzeentch powers any better than the csm ones? (They are garbage in the csm codex).

Thanks

The Change powers in the CD codex are meh, but you can start him wtih Smite and Psychic Scream if you want to be shooty.

Mostly, I use him to re-roll the warp storm table, the magic 1 die a turn re-roll, 4 warp charge dice, and summoning with maelific.

I have seen him decimate space marines, when backed into a corner with Smite + Psychic Scream (re-roll lowest die)+ Change powers to mop up

He's mainly good for Daemon armies, re-rolling failed grimoires and Warp Storm tables is huge.

If your army is majority CSM, I'd run Belakor instead.
