Hello,
I am thinking of starting an Imperial Fists army, but I have a question about base sizes. The "new" tactical marine box doesn't specify on the website which size bases they have packaged, but on the picture they are on 25mm bases for sure.
Does anyone know if they repackaged the Tactical Marines with 32mm bases? I really like the look of the 32mm sized bases, so I'm going to get them either way, but it would save money if the Tacs already have 'em packaged.

Are you referring to this kit?

If so, I can confirm it comes with 25mm bases.

Yes, that's the one.
That's a shame, you would think that they could quite easily repackage them with 32mm bases. Oh well! Could just go with the Demi Company I suppose, it looks like there are 32mm bases on every model there judging by the picture: http://www.games-workshop.com/en-SE/Battle-Demi-Company

Per GW's response to emails on the subject, go with whichever base size you basically think looks cooler for the model. And you can get 32mm bases from other sources than GW.

Not only that, but if you're buying from a GW store--many of them have been given sets of 32mm bases to give to customers buying the pre-32mm base boxes.

When they sell out of the old ones, they will be repackaged with 32mm -- just like Death Company, for instance. Those just switched to 32mm bases in our area.
New UPC code too, my store didn't have it in their system when they received to first box of it.
