Hi

Interested in this game , i need some info.

Is to similar to infinity or have a different game play? The ruleset is complex( like the infinity one) or is more "beer and prezells"?

How is the rhythm of thr new realese? New stuff every month , or every 2 or 6 ?

Is balanced ?

1. Ruleset is most similar to WM/H. It's very clean and very well balanced.

2. New releases are nearly every month, but not always for every faction. Again, think WM/H release schedule.

The game is quite fun, but I had trouble getting it to catch on in our area. I still very much like my models.

I've just gotten into the game myself.

The size of the forces are somewhat like WM/H levels, and they use cards to keep track of abilities and damage. It's alternative activation, so you activate 1-3 models (or 5-10 if they're basic Hired Hands, which are the grunts in every faction) and then your opponent activates. Although you can get smaller skirmish games if you take nothing but Bosses, Underbosses and Sidekicks.

Game seems to be balanced, but there's a faction that's woefully outmanned - the Holy Order of Man. They weren't a Kickstarter faction, and so are growing at a normal, much slower rate than the other factions. With five other factions to chose from, and four more coming, there's plenty of options when it comes to factions.

Oh, and they're apparently planning on having a second version of the rules sometime out in 2016.

Hi

Thanks for the info.

Exactly when the new factions would be realesed?

Any experience with the warrior nation and the Enlightened?

It looks like March 2016 is the expected release date for the Kickstarter backers, and sometime after that for general release.

I play Warrior Nation. While I haven't gotten many games, I can tell you they're a close-combat orientated faction that can be a little squishy, but have plenty of heavy hitters to back them up. They have a lot of Spirit Aim, which is a rule that allows models to shoot through terrain without needing line-of-sight. This helps keep your lightly armored units from being mowed down by guys with laser guns.

The best part of spirit aim is the look on the face of the guy using it when the Building he is on or behind catches on fire and callapses. ;p

Also Always play with the building destruction rules, it kills alot of abuse of certain abilities.

I just ordered my hardback rulebook yesterday and will soon get a starter box. The game looks great but my main concern is finding people to play. I will probably have to get the two player starter in the hope that I can get someone else interested enough to get their own faction going. What is the general opinion of the starter sets? Is there plenty in there to field a decent force?

I have just come across this game and went looking for information about it. Their site had an awesome sale on so I jumped in.

From what I have read the game rules are really good.

Looking foward to receiving my models

I guess you have to hope that they add WWX to the player finder feature

As long as I buy the models some of my friends will play it. The models are amazing.

I am also really enjoying the back story too. Such a great story.
