Hey Dakka, I wanted to create a list without a lot of cheese,( I.e.harvest spam).
So i created this list.

I know the AN is under powered but it works.
I plan on running Zandrekh with the Lychguard, Obryn with the Gauss immortals, Anrakyr with the warriors on foot, and Szeras with the Tesla immortals.
Zandrekh w/.guard in scythe drop down behind enemy lines, Obryn telies to Zandrekh.
Warriors and immortals secure objectives, the Nexus shoots blobs, Blades go for vehicles and heavy infantry, the rest just does what it does.

Bring a Ctan Deciver, otherwise your opponent would just easily counter deploy and hide from your Dday Ark, and make you waste several turns to catch them.

Well, its hard to make a necron list that isn't cheesy, and you have done a decent job, however, I would consider decrion, canoptek harvest, and ghost arks overpowered, personally.

I see this list as more so a chaotic good, and most other lists (such as wraithwing) chaotic evil.

also, using the deciever without the doomsday ark or anihilation barge remove the point in using him, as he can prevent deployment shenanigans on your opponents part, and if you just want to bring a C'tan to gimp yourself, use the nightbringer.
