Friend of mine is trying to convert a Dread into a GK dread - like the one he saw online... so I am looking for a GK Termie head and Torse - I assume off an EPIC scale model... but i dont really know what the hell im talking about... can anyone tell me?

your friend probably saw the epic ones produced by forgeworld. trust me trying to convert a dread in to a FW style dread at that scale would be a little frustrating indeed.
