EDIT: Just want to add that I am getting back to all PM's as they are sent. I work all days so you won't hear from me except for nights on Pacific Coast Time when I can access the board. Also I am getting a bunch of requests for prices on different parts of the lot, so please remember to just offer! It makes it easier for me to counter and get a negotiation going.
Also, anyone willing to take the lot will take preference and will most likely receive a price cut because I'm lazy and the less times I have to box and ship = more time for beer and painting.
