Does anyone know of a good body piece from a non gw company that can be used for a defiler body? Preferably something that looks like a daemonnette and can be mounted with ease or a little greenstuff. Or a keeper of secrets. And the possibility of mounting a sonice dreadnought arm on it. Thanks!

You mean just the torso, for mounting on a standard defiler hull and legs? A doll from a toy store would certainly seem your best bet - there are teenage dolls which might look sexy/sensual enough. I suspect the perfect solution would be a manga miniature, which come in all sizes and varying 'sexiness', but they're usually horribly expensive.

Why not the Slaanesh/emperors children forge world dreadnought body instead for more mech look? Or is scale wrong?

I don't get why everyone goes for the "sexy" look, as if that's all there is to Slaanesh.

Go for the Mecha-Fiend look, it's dead easy to do. Just like this-
