If a vehicle has lost its quantum shielding due to a penetration roll, can a spyder with fabrication array repair the shielding back to full strength?

Does the fabrication array say anything about bringing back quantum shielding?

It does not that i see.

Only method for restoring Quantum Shielding specifically mentioned is with the Annihilation Nexus which removes the Shielding from an Annihilation Barge and putting it on the Doomsday Ark.

The Quantum Shielding is not defined as a Weapon or tied to Immobilization or Hull Points (otherwise, Glancing would kill it, too).

So that goes back to CrownAxe's question, which is no, it does not specifically restore Quantum Shielding.
