Just wrote this list up for some fun, nothing to original. May try it in some games this upcoming weekend? Will it work OK?

Troops with hidden ranged weapons will beat your vehicles in a shootout and you have nothing to assault with.

If it works 'OK' it will be entirely dependent on how amazing you are as a player.  This would be a tough list to play with, but it is still possible to do 'OK'.  I'm sure you'll have fun with the list and just playing the game, but don't expect it to be competitive against anyone but 'Nids.  'Nids are the only army that you can survive a round of shooting from.  Dreadnoughts without a Drop-Pod are hard to use competitively because of how fragile they are with Armor 12.  As was stated, you will get destroyed by any army that is as shooty as your are because vehicles are less survivable than troops.  Vehicles are too easy to shake and stun, which will cut out on a ton of your firepower.

Instead of the Predator Annihilator, you could take two units of five Marines with a Lascannon, which would force your opponent to kill 8 Marines in order to reduce your Lascannon firepower, while now all he has to do is shake your Predator.

I know the Master of Sanctity in Terminator Armor is a sweet looking model, but a Librarian with Fear and Fury is a much better choice for a deep-striking unit of Terminators.  That many Terminators in 1500 points may be a liability.  If they don't arrive in a timely fashion, you will be sorely out-manned and out-gunned.

The list looks top heavy and vehicle heavy.  It may suit your playstyle, but as your title implies, twelve models in Power Armor is a seriously risky proposition and would be difficult to play competitively.
