Hello Dakka,
I hate to be this guy, who's google-fu skills are so bad, and whose knowledge of miniature manufacturers is so small that he has to ask others to tell him what one of his guys is but I am.
So I got this fella in a big ebay haul a while back and suddenly have the urge to paint him. Don't know what he is though or how I should paint him so suggestions would be most welcme, and a cookie to whomever can identify him, and bonus cookies for any examples of cool colour schemes.

Style looks like he could be from GW's old boardgames, like Talisman or Heroquest. Only 3rd edition Talisman had plastic models, so I'm gonna guess that's a Heroquest or Advanced Heroquest snake shaman.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.

I think I painted one ogre and the manticore and gave up. It was a poor man's hero quest at best.
