not super competitive but should be good enough for a local tournament....even not knowing the meta there. Thoughts?

No droppods = purifiers and strike squads will never reach their targets = inevitable defeat for you if he has >0% shooting.

I'd either took allied droppods .

or if you are religiously into monoGK, a ton of Interceptors. Falchions preffered.

strike squads can and will most likely deep strike onto or near objectives and are easy enough to hide since they are 5 man. The Purifiers in rhinos and have a descent chance at making payload since there's 2 squads and are in rhinos. It's for a local tournament and trying to tone it down a little instead of my normal centstar build.

Strike Squads can deepstrike (though Purifiers can't), but Strike Squads are literally only good for filling minimum troops choices. They're terrible. Expensive Marines with storm bolters. Purifiers are similarly overpriced, but at least they get Cleansing Flame and are decent in assault.

Regardless, the only power armor unit to really consider taking in GKs is Interceptors, maybe, and even then they're expensive for what you get and Dreadknights do their job better. You can only fit so many Dreadknights in the list, though, so you might as well just use all the power armor guys as Interceptors.

Doubling up on Librarians is overkill, too. All the psychic powers are great and all, but you mostly get access to buffs, and you don't really have many units to actually buff with said powers. Either drop a Librarian and use the points on another unit of Terminators, or get a pseudo-deathstar unit that can actually benefit from lots of psychic powers (e.g. 10 Terminators, some Paladins, etc). Though doing that means you really, really, really, really, really, really want Draigo, to tank wounds, kill stuff in assault, and teleport you around the board with Gate of Infinity.

As a casual list it looks fun. There's a couple things that will happen to you though:

Either your opponent will see the DKs and be scared and try to focus on them... ignoring your Rhinos and allowing you to make some really sweet Cleansing Flame attacks.

Or your opponent will realize the threat that Purifers in a Rhino pose and will destroy those Rhinos first thing. Then they'll deal with DKs while capping objectives.

I love Purifiers in Rhinos, and in a tournament setting they can really surprise some opponents. They're a lot of fun. If I were you I'd ditch the Strike Squads and just take a 3rd unit of Purifiers in a Rhino. I also prefer to give mine psycannons but that's mainly because they're a left over from the last codex. If I were to redo them now, I'd not equip them with ranged weapons and give them a couple hammers.

Also, your DKs could use incinerators.

Also also, I'd equip the hammers to someone that isn't a Justicar. As a Justicar, the hammer can get challenged out and killed before he can attack. Hiding a hammer within the regular dudes is preferred.

Nice way to add drop pods to the list. I like it. I think Mephiston can join purifiers in a pod right? So with 3 Purifier pods on turn 1 and the Inquisitor and assuming the DKs are on the board... you'll have 12 Warp Charges on turn one? 16 if the Librariand and Terminators make it in turn 1. That's enough for 2 cleansing flames and sanctuary on the DKs. Looks fun.

yeah mephy can join them, it's got quite a few options and tricks. It should be fun at the least.
