Hello!
Im about to start a Space Wolves army.
But when i went to GW's webstore to order some there were no longfangs and so few HQ available.
Are they out of order?
Are GW making new models?

Long Fangs are on the UK site, and the only HQ missing there is Ulrik the Slayer.
Doubtful that they'll be re-done, they were re-boxed not too long ago.

All Space Wolves models come from the same sprue so you should get a few Grey Hunters.
The Long Fangs though have an extra Heavy Weapons sprue that the normal Grey Hunters don't, but if they're unavailable to you then just get a box of Space Marine Devastators with a box of Grey Hunters. That nets you about 15 bodies and enough heavy weapons to make them all long fangs (just don't use the Heavy Grav guns, since I don't think SWs have them yet).

Okay!
For example, i was about to buy long fangs and a rune preist together with some wolf packs and some rhinos, but both long fangs and rune priests are unavailable for me(shipping to sweden).
I find that wierd since if you ship to UK you can get both of those boxes, and when i order form GW it all ships from UK.

For the Long Fangs it shows them as temporarily out of stock which means they are going to make another batch of them. Ulrik on the UK site for example is listed as Sold Out and won't be restocked. This is an example of a model that won't be remade in its current form but might have a new sculpt done for it (in plastic most likely). The Grimnar's War Council is Sold Out because its just a "1 click" bundle of 4 HQs and Ulrik was included in that 4 (and he is no longer available).

On the Sweden site it didn't seem to show either of the Rune Priest as being out of stock for me. If you really want a rune priest you can just make one out of a Grey Hunter box. A rune priest is just a guy in power armor with a runic weapon (looks the same as a power weapon). Just give him some extra bits and/or a more detailed paint job to help distinguish him from the others. As others have said the Long Fang box is just the sprues for Grey Hunters but with a Heavy Weapon sprue found in the older Devastator box for standard space marines. If you don't want to wait for them to restock you can just buy a standard Devastator box and add some bits from your Grey Hunters boxes to make them look more Space Wolves like.

You could also check another online store. Maybe some got stock. You could also wait until GW restocks.

Strange, Ulrik is still available on the Canadian website.

Keep in mind that we have credible rumors from very, very reliable sources saying that Wolves are getting new rules/models in Feb.
Longfangs may in fact go 'out of stock' in order for GW to either re-issue them with the newer 32mm bases + updated packaging, or else who knows, depending on rules/wargear changes, we could get a brand new Longfangs kit that include Hellfrost weaponry in place of the Vanilla's Grav cannons?!

I'd actually be rather impressed if GW keeps grav away from SW's altogether... Leave Hellfrost as their unique 'gimmick' gun/specialty weapon.
While I know they also got handed grav because... "reasons", BA's have long been the flamer/melta spamming specialists, while temrie armour + plasma tech galore has been the DA's main feature that keeps them different from basic Vanillas.

God I hope so. Each main space marine chapter with its own book needs something to set it apart in a big way. It actually took me a while but I actually did kind of like dark angels and to an extent blood angels (5th edition release sorta).
It's always best to wait though to see if the love continues a while after the re-release before buying rather than being suckered into a new book because of all the shiny new toys only for the love to fade in a few months.
I'm just so sad some armies get shafted with their new releases. Yeah new commander models is what Dark Eldar really needed. We also got new wracks to replace the old ones and the only difference was maybe a couple weapon options and a bomber we technically already had but didn't have a model for (which was also nerfed because why not).
Would've been nice to see some new haemonculus monstrousities similar to the wraithknight in size but more like the Talos in looks. Maybe make assault look more deadly (add blade wings and similar to hellions) and adjust the rules to it.
------
Back to the wolves I suppose I hope they get some frost stuff. Maybe make them mostly melee combatants again like they were supposed to be originally.

Space Wolves have some pretty decent flavour as it stands, but I would like to see the return of Wulfen.
The other flavours of power armor are all basically "vanilla marines + gimmick" but SWs have legitimately been vastly different from standard SM, mainly due to their special rules, squad organization and whatnot. It actually makes the traitor legions cry a bit.
