Hey all, looking for some advice on building an 1850 DA list against a CSM opponent. My list so far is as follows:

HQ
Ezekiel - 145

HS
Land Raider Crusader w/ MM - 260

Elite
Deathwing Terminator Squad w/ 10 models, AC, Cyclone Missile Launcher - 445
Deathwing Knight Squad w/ 5 models - 235
Ravenwing Command Squad w/ 6 models, Apothecary, Champion, Ravenwing Banner - 295

Troops
Tac Squad w/ PC, PG - 170
Tac Squad w/ PC, PG - 170

Fast Attack
Land Speeder Squadron w/ 4 models, 2 HB/MM, 2 AC/MM - 290
Black Knight Squadron w/ 6 models, Melta Bombs, Power Sword - 257

For a total of 2267 pts. I'd like advice on what to cut, or other suggestions for replacement units. My opponent plays lots of armor (Land Raiders, Vindicators, Preds) with cultists and tac squads. Any advice is appreciated. Ideally, I used my bikes and speeders to control the board while my tac squads hold objectives. I stick the Knight squad in the LRC, and use the teleport beacons on my Black Knights to bring in the DTS via Deep Strike.

I'd split your landspeeders up into multiple squadrons where possible. That much firepower is just going to get wasted in overkill, plus if you jink you'll lose all of it for next turn!

If you have any more ravenwing I'd recommend them over the deathwing - they're generally just a lot stronger at the moment if you compare the two

I'd drop 5 of the deathwing squad, then get the rest by removing 1 biker from each black knights/command squad, and dropping some wargear. that should get you close

I'd also split the speeders into 2 squads

if you are going to take so many deathwing knights and terminators than you should consider taking belial. the fact that you can drop him and 1 sqaud into the fray without rolling dice (if your taking the death wing strike force detachment) and he also gets a homing beacon, allowing everyone else to build off of his precision dropping (heh). You then should take someone else to hold the board for you until you drop him. Thats how I do it at least.
