So I'm looking at starting a new 40K army after being away from the hobby for 10 yrs and the following is confusing me:

Raptor tactics 'Strike from shadows' rule lists it as being from the Raven guard tactics (forgeworld pdf download) and it gives the detachment units Scout. But the Raven guard version gives them shrouded.

I'm guessing there was an update since the Raptor ones were released but is it accepted that they should be Shrouded now, or because a Raptors specific update hasn't been released, they still Scout?

You'll probably have to discuss with your opponent, given the Forgeworld rules say both "as per the Raven Guard Chapter Tactic in Codex: Space Marines" and go on to state something completely different.

It could be as per the Forgeworld PDF or it could be as per the newer rules in Codex: Space Marines (the Forgeworld rules of course were written for the previous codex).
