Hi i just wNna check, is tamiya the one with two stars? One in red and the other in blue? Bought a grey fine primer and the acrylic paint retarder. Any goood?

Thanks bc, i thought it was tAmiya as my wife used to do mini stuff years ago, is the acrylic retarder good with gw and valejo paints?
