Rhino have a two firepoint. All of us know that.

However, If I use the witchfire on psychic phase from the Rhino's firepoint, can I use 2 bolters or just 1 bolter on shooting phase?

Fire points are used by models in a turn. If a psyker uses a fire point then it is the only model that can use that fire point that turn.

Remember, though, that using witchfire powers doesn't affect the model's ability to fire a more conventional weapon in the shooting phase, if it has one.

I'm not sure this is explicitly so. Fire points certainly allow a single model to fire from them but I don't think it's broken down into turns, or phases, or any specified duration actually.

Then the only other option is that only one model may ever use a particular transport's fire point, for the whole game?
Or perhaps forever, even across games?
Or equally, only as long as that model remains transported?

As you say, it does not give a finite duration, merely an open ended categorical statement. One which definitely does not differentiate between psykers and regular shooting either.

I think you skipped over Shine mentioning that it could be a per phase limitation. There are options aside from whole turn and whole game.

I think that is the whole point of the OP...for you to claim it as a turn without any proof in nonsense, I could just as easily claim it as per phase.
