I played a game against a guy the other day, and I had a couple of questions:
1. Do chaos lords not have Invul saves? I was amazed that I was able to ID a trio of chaos lords when all they had were teminator armor saves.

2. Does juggernaut of khorne increase toughness like bikes T(+1T)?

3. Are daemon princes able to Deep Strike without wings or terminator armor?

Yes to all three.

The Chaos Lord doesn't come with an innate Invul Save (unlike other MEQ lords) and normally has to buy one in the form of Sigil of Corruption. If he decided it wasn't worth the points, then poop on him, all he gets is the 5++ from the Terminator Armor.

Juggernauts do increase Toughness, which can also change the strength needed to ID him. It also has other benefits too. Note that a Chaos Lord can't be on a Juggernaut AND wear Terminator Armor.

Yes, Daemon Princes can deepstrike without either. They have the Deepstrike Rule listed on their unit profile. Daemon Princes cannot take Terminator Armor.
