This my list for an upcoming 1000pts Doubles Tournament. There will be 5 games, each with a different, random partner, except the last game, which is 1 vs 1.
The missions are more or less the 5 standard mission from the BBB, except the special rules are all mixed up, so no Alpha, Gamma, Omega, etc. 2 of the missions have escalation (the same ones also have concealment), 2 have Dusk and Dawn, 3 have infiltrators, and all of the missions use VPs.

There is no comp score as such, instead you're only allowed 2 Elite, 2 FA and 2 Heavy Support choices.

2 XV8 @169pts: plasma, missile, multi-tracker. Team-Leader w/ 2 Shield Drones, array.

Railhead @185pts: SMS, Multi, target lock, Decoy, D-pod.
Railhead @180pts: SMS, Multi, target lock, Decoy.

There's a good mix of races, (C)SM and Necrons make up about 40% so far (14/35, can still change though) and the rest is fairly evenly spread. the list can be found here http://www.tabletopturniere.de/t3_tournament_list.php?tid=854.

Basically I wanted to know if you guys think I have enough light-infantry killing power. The way it is now is very good against 2+, 3+, 4+ but maybe lacking in 5+ ? I could drop a Crisis unit for Stealth or take Burst Cannon/Plasma instead.

Another question I have is  should I replace one of the Railheads with an  XV88 team ? In all the games I've played, 1000pts and bigger, my BASS team has always out-performed my Railheads. However, with escalation its better to have Railheads, also the extra pie plate and the SMS fire is needed.

Much more punch against GEqs, at the loss of the BS4 Team Leader and Crisis protection.

First list is great.

I don't think you'll need that second unit of kroot. Maybe take a piranha instead? Better at capturing objectives. Give it a targetting array, and get a pod on the hammerhead.

So you don't think the first list is lacking in GEq punch ? Even sofar as to reduce the anti-infantry fire even more ?

No I don't think it's lacking in GEq punch. Kroot do fine in chopping them up.
