Just messing around with my list again and was looking for some feedback on a list I was thinking of running, particularly ways you would counter it and ways to possibly mitigate its main weaknesses. Here it is:

It is solid enough although I prefer to field 5 units for 3 scat bikes. If you are running the lynx (which btw is very strong) with sonic lance then use spirit stones on it.

You want that huge template shooting every turn so unless you are hit with ap1 or ap2 weapons (then you jink) you just take the shots since you have 5 hull points, you negate shaken or stunned with spirit stones and you keep on shooting.

The wraithknight can be a melee version if the lynx is carrying the d version of its weapon. The melee knight acts as a bumper stopper of anything running against you for a round or two giving you more time to shoot it up.

There is no hard counter to eldar ATM you have to face another competitive list (like SM decurion) to have trouble against it. Keep in mind that reapers and Lynx with a sonic lance murder bikes and jetbikes like there is no tomorrow so although they get overlooked in certain match ups they are great against other eldar or dark angels bikes.
