Hello, I'm just starting KoW and decided to go with the Forces of the Abyss, but I noticed that in the Starter Force for it you get two Imp bases and when I looked in the rules for them 3 was the minimum for a regiment. Would there be any way of using these two as a unit? Thanks in advance

Multibase them as a small diorama. The multibasing rules recommend that at least 60% of the models required for the unit size be present, so 2 out of 3 is perfect. It's pretty lenient in that regard.

You can also add some models from other companies to pad out the numbers - Reaper Bones has some familiars that should work well in that regard -
