I want to go back to bed! But I can't ... BECAUSE IT'S MONDAY!! Time for another Glacial Geek Battle Report! https://youtu.be/WA6jTkFqBCA This week, after defeat on the surface of Kaiserslauten IV, the Dark Angels decided that the threat posed by the Tau was too great to let go ... Also, the Unforgiven aren't known for letting go of grudges ... So a force was assembled to hunt down the xenos as they left the Reit 1 system. When they found them regrouping on another planet, the battle was pressed and reven- I mean justice would be served! Will the Sons of the Lion be able to strike back at the Xenos threat, or will the Greater Good prove too potent an enemy yet again? Watch and find out!

Thanks for sharing. I found it to be an interesting and entertaining report. Overall, both armies were fairly reasonably constructed, stayed within the fluff yet still utilized Formations and a Gargantuan Creature. Both armies looked great on the table and the terrain/table mat were nicely done. I think switching out one piece of terrain towards the middle of the board to have a bit more LOS blocking would create a bit more of a tactically challenging game for both players and be less of a shooting gallery.

I enjoyed the report and will look for more to watch from you in the future.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby.

Nice batrep! The models were very well painted. One gripe I had with the gameplay is spoilered below:
Spoiler:
In the second turn, I actually said it out loud when the DW Knights swept the Ghostkeel: TERMIES CANNOT SWEEP!

Otherwise I enjoyed the report and I look forward to more!

The Grotsnik Corp Bump Feelerer 9,000. It only looks like several bricks crudely gaffer taped to a cricket bat.
