Can KDK (or even applicable Daemon units for that matter) take Legacies of Ruin? First War of Armageddon would be great in a KDK list

Can the Forgeworld Chaos Knight or the new Renegade Knight take Legacies?

Just wondering peoples' opinions, thanks!

IA:13 is pretty clear only CSM armies can take legacies. Since KDK, Daemons, and Renegade Knights are not the CSM faction they can't take legacies.

A Chaos Knight take as a LoW for CSM would be able to take legacies though since it now is in a CSM army.
