I see this option in roster editor, but I don't see how you could field this. I know roster editor has mistakes, but I also know that unit entries change from book to book and I don't have access to all of them.
It's listed as a 'free' upgrade too, so I'm already like, it's not just a blood angel thing replacing a twin linked heavy flamer turret ( that also doesn't exist as far as I can tell)

For Blood Angels in 30k, the entry for their unique assault cannon just says "Legion Predator Tanks may also exchange their Predator
cannon with a twin-linked Iliastus pattern assault cannon for Free."
Yeah man, 95 pts for the standard twin assault cannon / heavy bolter sponson loadout is pretty cheap.
Also with the option of adding in a THIRD assault cannon to the turret and swapping the heavy bolters out of the sponsons for more assault cannons. Noice.
