So as we all know, the most up to date lore regarding the end of the 41st millennium is Abbadon's 13th Black Crusade in which they invade the motherland of Cadia.
However, there is some lore that goes beyond that, according to the Lexicanum timeline: http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/M42

Most notably: " 127.M42 | In Blackest Night: The Millennial Wars Appraised by Ayjaepi Clothier is published. It is later used by Amberley Vail as an extract within the Cain Archive."

It shows that works are still currently being published even beyond the Black Crusade (a whole century later!), however there are no events listed that revolve around whether or not Abbadon's crusade reaches success or failure.
Also keep in mind, the Golden Throne/Astronomicon is on the verge of collapse during the exact time of the Crusade.
