How would you model siege dreadnoughts?

The siege assault vanguard list has confuzzled me.
Are the siege dreadnoughts found in the army list troops section and the FW leviathan siege dreadnoughts one and the same, or are the dreadnoughts in the SAV list just another way of playing your dreadnought/ironclad models?

Based on the 6th Ed stats, it's a standard box Dread with FW Mk IV/V Inferno Cannon and Assault Drill arms.

Leviathan Dreads are a different critter altogether - higher stats across the board, plus significantly larger.

A siege Dreadnought is one armed with one of these:

However if you don't feel like paying FW prices, you can always convert them out of the Ironclad with a inferno cannon from somewhere
