It's called the green tide. It WAS in the Waagggh! Ghazkull book until they re-released it and updated it and didn't include it in the updated version. So you can't play it anymore.
It was minimum 10 squads of boys and a warboss. They could mix up shoot as sluggas ard boys. Just not dedicated transports.
There is indeed. It's in the old Waaagh! Ghazghkull supplement. It's still a 7th edition book but it's been replaced by the updated version of the book under the same name. It's still legal to use if you've already started playing with the draft FAQsGW has released.
It was one of the more fun formations too. The Warboss could bring Da Big BossPole and give fearless to the entire thing, eliminating one of the biggest problems with orks (in that they either get their heads crumped or run away when they have to do morale) and you can call Da Waaagh! every turn after the first, essentially pubcrawling your way across the table. It might count for a crapton of VPs when it was killed, but 100+ orks is very hard to get through and you only fork it over when every one of them dies.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.
When I'm editing alot, you know I have a gakload of homework to (not) do.
