The neck might be a touch too narrow, but overall, pretty good so far.

Looks good. Do you have a plan for the skin? That seems to me to be one of the harder but significant details.

Thanks for the coments guys. Well for the skin I was going for more along the lines of snake scales.
You use some wax paper and some chicken wire, should work out if I can get small enough wire lol.
Oh about the neck the measurements where taken from the skull from national geo, mixed with a cow..... Not sure if I should bulk the back of the neck or not.... They have this really weird thin neck..... Like their neck is 1/3 thicker then where their tail meets their body ( going off jurassic park and spme pics lol)
Will update soon this is one piece of 7 a client wants for lawn decroations. Next is stego the pachy
Oh think I got it see this why I love comments lol. The reason I think the neck looks so small is where the shoulder and neck meet is wrong. I need to build up the back, right above the front legs. I ended his back before I should of giving the neck from the top a long look.
Thanks a ton guys trying to make these perfect. First paid piece I did somce my kids where born.

Hey I am really interested in the wax paper wire technique you're talking about. So if you could share more pics and an explanation of how it is done, I'd be a very happy dakkanaut.

Love the subject matter, but I think the head is too high and the neck is still quite narrow.
The skin texturing is cool.
