I am looking to get back into 40K with my Necrons and been looking at Forge World Fall of Orpheus Book. I am looking at starting a local Campaign themed around Necrons, Death Guard, Death Krieg, and any space marine chapter. I see Minotaurs make an appearance.

Anyone have that book and what do you think about it? Is it a good book for a story driven campaign?

On moon miranda.

I dont remember the campaign/mission stuff off the top of my head. The big features are a variant Necron list (now outdated by a newer Necron codex) and the DKoK Assault Brigade (similarly outdated by a newer IG codex).

The story itself wasnt bad, so if youre just looking for a setting its pretty good

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

Thx, interesting its out dated. Seem I had similar issue with Siege of Vraks. I not sure I want to spend the cash on out dated material.

The necron models are nice. I may still get a some of those.

The only thing in that book that is up to date is the Deathshroud Bomber as it had new rules recently for use in Death from the Skies (but can be used without that useless book), and those rules can be found on the Forgeworld download page.
