So I'm trying to decide which army to go with for my first 30k army. I've narrowed it down to either World Eaters or Legio Cybernetica but I can't decide between the two. On the one hand there's psycho axe murderers, Angron, Kharn and some of the best basic troops for CC out there. On the other, there's cool robots, big cool robots and really big cool robots. Is anyone able to persuade me either way?

Take Mechanicum and the special Xana Magos from book 6, in this way you get psycho axtmourdering robots.

You could do both, taking one as an allied detachment

Legio Cybernetica will have more people gawping at your army, although as a Mechanicum player (Ordo Reductor ftw!) i would be more intrested in the pre-heresy world eaters force.

Very fluffy, just take a look at book 6s "tooth and claw" chapter, which features the World Eater muster world of Bodt, where also parts of the Sarum Mechanicum are deployed to fight alongside the World Eaters.
