So this list comes after a long hiatus from the game so let me know if I can't take anything because I hate having semi-legitimate lists!
But the gist of this list is that I'm going to have all the fun special rules of the Hunter Contingent and FBSC in the back guarding my Warlord in his unit of Missile Broadsides. The 12 man fire warrior squad will screen the command squad while the two 5 man squads, 2 crisis squads and the piranha squad will play offense and move up and secure objectives/kill enemy units.

Okay, welcome back! I'll go line by line and then offer my version of your list while trying to maintain the spirit of it.

-You don't need a CCN on the Commander as Broadsides weapons are already twin-linked.
-You can't have two twin-linked weapons on a crisis suit because a twinlinked weapon takes up two hard points and they only have 3. Just take two regular weapons; that's what markerlights are for.
-Six squads of 5 firewarriors is better than one of 12 and two of 10. Helps protect them.
-Pathfinders are awful; try tetras, or better yet marker drones in a Drone Net
-Utilize the Piranha Firestream Wing formation for your Piranhas and max out on Seeker Missiles. You can replenish the Seekers and in fact, replenish the actual piranhas. It's gouda level cheese; but hey we deserve it. Eldar are out there.
-Hammerheads kind of suck but they do look really cool; your choice.
-You have a gun-liney list; so a Tidewall shieldline would be a good investment. It's kind of like an Aegis but better.

So, my version of your list:

Hunter Cadre:

Commander: Iridium, MSS, PENchip, 2 marker drones- 169

Crisis Suit: Fusion Blaster, Flamer- 42

This list is substantially different than yours, but if I may say so respectfully, is also substantially better. You can't compete with GTs in it, but you probably can compete in RTTs. And I think overall, it's true to the spirit of your list. It's gun-liney, but it's mobile. You can move the tidewall shieldline. Not only does it perform the same function as the Aegis, not only does it send some of your opponents fire back it him, but it allows you to safely advance your whole gunline. Your strikes teams, pathfinders, marker drones, Broasides and Riptide can advance slowly and send their rounds down range while your Breacher teams in fish and the Piranhas advance upfield. It seems darn fun to play; I'm kinda jealous.

Ok so I can do a couple of those things based on what I have to work with:

- I agree the hammerhead has got to go. I just have a bad habit of keeping it around for the single solid shot it has, but I have many other ways to break AV14. What I could replace it with would be a squad of 3 TL missile pod crisis suits, so I might update my list with that.
-The Warlord uses the CCN to give TL to any units that shoot at the same unit as the broadsides with the Coordinated fire special rule. Plus i make it so that the missile drones and the broadsides can split fire so they can assist other units. So I would rather keep that in my list.
-The big fire warrior squad needs to be split up I agree.
-Pathfinders are amazing. I completely disagree with you on that though. They are the cheapest way to get lots of marker lights down range. No other type of unit gets markerlights down range cheaper. Plus if you put a full squad in a building or in cover with a Shas'ui it has a surprising amount of resilience.
- Unfortunately I only have 3 piranhas so I'd be 1 short of the fire stream detachment. But that sounds cool if I can use that with the Hunter Contingent.
-Can I even use a tide wall? I was told I couldn't benefit from the Hunter Cadre special rules if I had any fortification, even an Aegis.

This is my updated list:

Ok looking good; Double check the Tau FAQ I don't think you can share the CCN cadre wide. It's just markers, but I'm not 100% sure, it's certainly controversial and you can't use it in the ITC
