Starting an adepta sororitas kill team and I need help figuring out who my specialists are and how to use them. This list is really centered around what models I could actually get my hands on. it's not so much about how I can spend points more so how to use what I have in a kill team setting.
Here's the list:

5 man Battle sister squad
1 storm bolter
Superior with plasma pistol chain sword

5 man seraphin squad
2 with hand flamers
Superior with plasma pistol chain sword

As an army I am pretty siked to use them, 3+ armor and 6+ invulnerable all around with seraphin re rolling invulns. My thoughts are the leader is the sister superior(less mobile less likely to die fast), instant death on one of the flamer seraphin, master crafted on the seraphin superior PP and possibly flesh bane on the other flamer seraphin. But there's a lot of different combos I can try. Tell me what you think the bests are.

P.S. for the sake of not being a dick I'm going to think I only get 2 acts of faith (one for the seraphin squad and 1 for the battle sisters squad) so somewhere in the game the seraphin can get shred for 1 turn and the normal sisters can get preffered enemy for 1 turn. Keep that in mind because it kind of makes those specialist choices bad for this list.

Wouldn't a flamer be more use than a Storm Bolter? But yeah I get that the SB Sisters are much easier to find as few use them.

However I have not played the new rules - just Heralds of Ruin version which gives a lot more options!

re AOF - likely chat re organiser or opponent.

I'm also starting to build a Sisters Kill-Team. As my first Imperium army, I'm weak on the weapons choices but I'll give it a go.
First off, your battle Sisters can have up to 2 Special or Special/Heavy weapons in a 5 person squad. I would leverage that if you can. Flamers are awesome! D3 hits on overwatch really wrecks people. Even better... for 1 more point per person, you can run Dominions. Preferred Enemy is nice, but Ignore Cover is nicer! They can also run 4 Special Weapons in a 5 person squad! Something to think about if you can pull it off.
Keeping the Superior's cheap is the way to go, in my opinion. They are such big targets. If your opponent lets you use the plasma pistols (which are modeled) for regular bolt pistols, you'll save a fair bit of points.

As far as Sisters and Specialists... my favorite is to increase the range on a Meltagun! That extra few inches is a huge surprise to many seasoned 40k players. Don't go crazy with Melta in Kill Team. You are going to see at most 1 vehicle and no 2+ armor saves so more than 1 is probably wasted. My battle sisters and dominions don't want to be in cc... so many of the specialst rules don't help.

Speaking of Acts of Faith... Each model acts as a unit. Each sister is basically her own unit of her type. The downside, is that they don't get to use the higher leadership of a Veteran Sister Superior and cannot benifit from the Litanies of Faith or Simulacrum Imperialis. A Laud Hailer is different, because it is range based... not unit based. Adding a Rhino or Immolator with a Laud Hailer is 1/4th of your list, but it adds a lot of durability and makes your Acts of Faith more reliable.

Yeah to echo some of what has already been said, those plasma pistols are a trap...your Superiors die just as easily as anyone else. Also you have access to Rhinos. You might want to think about taking one. A safe hiding place...mobile cover...tank shocks...even the extra storm bolter shots are all worth the pricetag. The Seraphim look cool...and let's face it are cool, but they likely won't perform super well. Though I admit the dual HF ones will be neat in Kill Team, especially if you face a lot of opponents with high model counts. But sinking so many points into them that could be spent on more utility or a vehicle seems like it will hurt you in the end.

Personally I just run one Dominion squad comrpising 9 Sisters (3x meltas) and a bog standard Superior (BP/CS) with a DT Rhino. The Scout USR gives me a lot of flexibility, and if I give one of my Sisters Infiltrate as their specialization and stick them in the Rhino it confers, so that is nice. I have flamer sisters too in case I'd ever want to run them, but they're not really worth it in my "meta" which is currently vehicle heavy and model light. So make your own decision on that. Though it goes without saying that Ignores Cover is ALWAYS good in Kill Team...if you're playing correctly with loads and loads of terrain.
