I was looking around the other day, trying to get some ideas for my Thousand sons army, when I came across something interesting. on 1d4chan there is this page https://1d4chan.org/wiki/Tactics_-_Thousand_Sons, which is really interesting because it seems to be updated for the new Thousand sons Codex I've heard rumors about. Has anyone else taken a look, and what are your thoughts on this?

1d4chan is one of the singular worst places to get Tactical advice from.

That's for a fandex.

In case it looks more professionally written, or at least with more passion for the faction, than many of the current codices... is because.. you know...
*coughs*
You can still ask your friends if you can use it with them, but you cannot go to ITC and ask to play it, is HERESY (BLAM!)

Probably yes, but is not the point.

Generic characters disappearing? Elite units of your army losing options and customizations? No longer finding that motivation to convert?
Your army could suffer Post-Chapterhouse Stress Disorder (PCSD)! If you think that your army is suffering one or more of the aforementioned symptoms, call us at 789-666-1982 for a quick diagnosis!

I wasn't really looking for much advice other than what people thought about squad size for Rubric Marines. But what caught my eye is the fact that the info on the page is not from the current codex. I read through it all, and it sounds like it's referring to a specific book, not 'a wishlist of what the author wants'. However nothing on the page matches what other codex's have or had. It does however seem to match up with some of the rumors I've heard lately. It has Magnus in there, which we know is coming. It acts as a stand alone book, which some of the rumors support, rather than a 'Traitor's Hate' add-on book. It has, what look likes, a new daemon unit in there 'Terrorfiend', which I've heard the TS's were looking at getting. It has expanded Rubric units, Sorcerer squads, and a new Special character, all fitting rumors I've seen floating around. It also lists the Storm Eagle in the fast attack section, which would fit with 2 GW rumors I've heard about an impending 'biggest model yet' from GW coming, along with the 'more 30k plastic vehicles' rumor. Also the Heavy Support section is not there, as if he/she didn't have that info yet. If this was a 'wish list' type thing, I would imagine that there would be a few entries there as well.

GW also has a habit of sitting on products for months or even years before release, so I'm wondering if the author of this page didn't get a good look though the book that's coming out soon.

Some advice I got some times ago.

http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/680435.page

Warning 1: at the end I decided it was worthless (not the advice, is a lot of good posts, but Thousand Sons suck untill the hack frauds revamp either their codex, the rules or both)

Warning 2: maybe things changed with cyclopia cabal and other CSM options - I didn't bother

Thanks for pointing out the obvious for me. It seems I scrolled right past the link to the fan codex. Question answered.
