Netflix has a new series that's from Brazil so unless you speak Portuguese, you'll have to get used to subtitles. 3% is sort of like the Maze Runner if it were a series and wasn't just a maze. The show follows a group of young adults as they go through "the Process". If they pass, they get to leave the hell hole that is their world and move to an offshore island where things are supposedly paradise. Unlike the various movies in this genre the series explores the people involved in the administering of the Process as well as the people going through it. There's also intrigue as everyone seems to harbor some sort of deadly secret.

I've seen a lot of bad TV come from Latin America but this is really really good. In fact, I'd say 3% is one of the best shows I've seen that isn't a Marvel series. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.
