So trying to find the best Warp Charge battery to support an Infernal Tetrad. What's the best way of having a durable source of Warp Charge on the table to draw from?

Options I have considered:

Brimstone Horrors (definitely not durable but cheap buttload of WC)
Psykana Division (if I was running this I would want to summon with it)
Flyrants (seem to gel with Tetrad but 240pts for 2 Warp Charge ain't all that...)
Inquisitor (well I can get 3 super cheap from separate psykers - cheap but not dead durable)

What other ideas do folk have? What am I missing?

Eldar Seer council around 8 Warp charges for around 375 points with 2x lvl 3 psykers and 5x brother hood with lvl 2

Also you can use the Iyanden supplement for 5x spirit seers HQ as ally (10x WC as each one is mastery 2 )

Pink horrors with heralds behind an Aegis Defense line. Can't beat that 2+ rerollable cover.

I guess the question is, how many points do you want to spend on the battery, how durable, and how many WC do you want from it?

Eldar Seer Council will give you at least 11 Warp dices to start with. Each Warlock model will generate one dice no matter what Mastery Level his squad is

Pink, Blue, or Brimstone Horrors behind an Aegis. 2+ Rerolling cover will be good against anything that isn't ignores cover.

Horrors and heralds. Heralds are fairly cheap ML 3 and horrors produce more warp charges depending on unit size. Roll on malefic for them to summon more heralds or horrors if you need a boost.
Give one of the heralds a portalglyph, It'll bring in 3 extra warp charges per game on average

Beyond more bodies on the field I never saw summoning more horrors as being a good strat. Say you spend 5 WC to summon a unit of Horrors. They will then generate 1WC each turn, meaning that, unless you have nothing better to use the dice on, they will break even on t6 at best.

At 30 points for 10, Brimstone Horrors probably give you the best durability/cost/Warp Charge ratio you're going to get.

At 18 points for three models, a single Imperial Psyker with two acolytes is THE cheapest source of Warp Charges in the game. (Plus, you just need a 55pt ML1 psyker to make it battle forged for every three Imperial Psyker Batteries you take.)

Pink Horrors give you the best Warp Charge lifespan. Since they split, then split again, you're not losing any Warp Charges until everyone has been killed three times. You're spending more points that way, though.

How do you get the 2+ cover for the horrors?

Its really easy. Just buy an Aegis Defense Line and go to ground behind it. Also if you get some form of bonus cover (like from Night Fight, or Shrouded from Be'lakor) you can just go to ground in a ruin or something

Hm. The new horrors seem like a very durable source in key respects....
