I plan on taking this to a "tourney list" event. I have no idea if this is good or not, but could be fun.
Daemon Prince MoN/BlackMace/Wings
Typhus
3 Spawn w/MoN
2 x 20 Plague Zombies
3 x Obliterators w/MoN
Great Unclean One (mastery 2)
Belakor
3 Nurglings
4 Nurglings
Soul Grinder w/MoN/Phlem Bombardment

Soul Grinders are much better as Slaanesh--the extra run, as well as fleet, means they get into assaults much faster, which is where they're happiest. And with the amount of ruins on the field you'll prolly be getting a 4+ cover anyhow.
If you're trying to be thematic, I can understand...but still, it's hard to pass up.

I always make sure there is one ruins in either deployment zone, or at least a forest. My nurgle Grinders have never been destroyed in a game.

Only 2 FMC doesn't sounds like flying circus. I was expecting 4 or more FMCs when I saw the topic title Automatically Appended Next Post: Although, yes the plague zombies and obliterators are not bad.

The title is a bit misleading with only two FMC's, as said.

Why the Great Unclean One? He is kinda slow if you start him on the board and deepstrike is kinda unreliable in your List.
I would replace him, if you have some other models and maybe kick one Nurglingbase from your second Nurgling Squad (the one with 4).
Maybe give your CSM Prince some Mastery Levels so he can roll on Biomancy.
