Hey guys,

got an upcoming tournament and would love some thoughts on the list. It is very alpha-strike focused.

Formation: Daemonhunter Strike Force
5 Interceptors + incinerator
Nemesis Dreadknight + personal teleporter + heavy psycannon

Formation: Daemonhunter Strike Force
5 Interceptors + incinerator
Nemesis Dreadknight + personal teleporter + nemesis greatsword + heavy incinerator

Callidus Assassin

Celestine

Comes out at 1000 exactly.

Plan is essentially that the Callidus does her usual polymorphine sillyness and sets up behind them. GK can all shunt in and drop templates, while Celestine and her wingwomen roll up the field, dropping the orbital bombardment for some more alpha striking. The good thing about this setup compared to Drop Pods/Deep Striking is that nothing gets intercepted, and no-one scatters on arrival.

If my opponent is also going alpha-strikey and gets first turn, I might just start with Celestine on the board (it takes about 100 bolter rounds to bring her down...) and then the GK can arrive on turn 1 with their fancy run & shoot ability.

Anyway, would love to know your thoughts
- Will
