So i saw part of a let's play of this and from what i've seen it's really good. It's not like 4-6 of the series and it's much more along the lines of survival horror. Less bad guys from what i can see but the enemies are harder to kill and it's pretty gory even to the player.

I don't have the game but it looks really good.

Don't have it but been watching a Let's Play of it. Very RE1/RE2 in that it's all survival horror, but towards the end you get tons of firepower to fight the big bads. Also, I really dig the backstory and infection lore, it's really interesting and a new take on zombie-ism.
