Looking to get some feedback on my 1000pt competitive (reasonably at least) Space wolves list.
The entire goal is to guarantee a first turn charge or as close to guarantee as I can.

The general set up will consist of IP, TWC and 1 of the conclave in one unit. The conclave lvl1 at the front to provide +3 jink cover encase I don't make combat.
Another unit will consist of TWC and another of the conclave. Both of these two blobs will begin the game 6 inches from the wulfen on the 12" mark of my deployment as far up as I can make them. On a 5 on the curse of the wulfen chart the TWC will leave the conclave White scars behind and take a first turn charge depending on enemy deployment.

The third conclave while keeping coherency with the rest of the conclave so that it can act as prime will move up 12. The entire army leaving the wulfen trailing. This is where the 'slingshot' happens.
Having rolled on the Fulmination Discipline for my conclave at least one of them should have successfully gotten the Electrodisplacement power. Using this the wulfen will be teleported 6" in front of the psyker and the psyker essentially being shifted to were they originally came from. This provides the wulfen with an additional 12 inches of extra movement while still being able to run and charge. In the shooting phase they can still run for an additional potential 6 inches and then charge for another potential of 12 inches with a reroll. This gives the wulfen unit a first turn assault threat range of 48"

I even made a small image to show it better.
Black = board width
Green = deployment zones
Blue = conclave first turn movement
Orange = additional 6 inches gained from Electrodisplacement (now switching the conclave with the wulfen for a +6 inches)
Dark Orange = Potential run distance
Red = Potential Charge distance

I don't expect it to be game breaking, nor the most competitive list on the scene but feedback would be much appreciated.

Automatically Appended Next Post:
Additionally if I manage to get electrodisplacement on one of my first or second Psykers I roll for, the third can always go for a chance of invisibility. Which would then go to create invisible wulfen.

I was doing something similar in a list - but ran in to problems where I had an Iron Priest as a HQ and then tried to take a servitor as a compulsory Elite choice for CotGW.

In the IP rules it states that if he's in the army servitors no longer take up an Elite slot - so I wasn't 100% sure whether this meant I could use a servitor as a compulsory Elite - so had to figure out a work around (which in the end meant dropping the IP for another HQ choice).

However, this was all because I was playing in a tournament so I did this to avoid any potential arguments.

But anyway - I like the list, very similar to what I've been running and doing well with in local tournaments, albeit a trimmed down version.

I've not experimented too much with the new Astartes powers and tended to go for Veil Of Time when I did - I find now just rolling for either/both Life Leech and Endurance is a lot more reliable and makes TWC & Wulfen almost unkillable.

From how I understand it your are right. Because the IP is there the servitor doesn´t take up that compulsory slot. You either require an additional elite unit of switch the IP.

Hmm. I suppose I could change the IP for

········Wolf Guard Battle Leader (140pts) [Thunderwolf, Warlord]
············Power Armour [Power Fist, Storm Shield]

------

Alternatively I am curious. The lone wolf is in the elites option also as an elites choice. It only states that a lone wolf doesn't take up a force organization slot if your list opens up a slot which specifically states it doesn't take a slot. Does that mean you can just 'take one' and have it be an elites choice?

I think so - there's nothing that says you're restricted to taking certain units (grey hunters etc) in order to take Lone Wolves, only that he won't take up an Elite slot if you do have those units. (I think? I don't have the codex in front of me)

So I think yes - you can take him without those units, but in that case he uses up an Elite slot.

Or you could be using Battlescribe and it doesn't let you get him at all without those units.
*Grumble*

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.

Rules Update
Q: Can a Lone Wolf be taken as an Elites choice without also taking Wolf Guard or Wolf Guard Terminators? A: Yes
