I have two pots of Averland Sunset, both have managed to have bits and chunks in them. Is this expected? fixable? throw it away?

I just opened one of them : \

EDIT, Oops, I put this in the wrong forum

I am the kinda ork that takes his own washing machine apart, puts new bearings in it, then puts it back together, and it still works.

Averland Sunset goes chunky pretty easily. It's such a good yellow I still use it anyway, but I'd never try and shoot it through my airbrush without straining it or something first.

Even though it goes chunky I find it's not hard to avoid the chunks when hairy brush painting, but they could make airbrushing a nightmare.

My pot went chunky after a few months, if yours was chunky straight after buying it, I'd say take it back and get a replacement.
