Any advice on making guard vets ?
Been playing around kit bashing but need more inspiration.

If you're looking for conversion parts look at anvil industries, puppet wars, and Victoria miniatures alternate sci fi troops there's in plastic mantic and maelstroms edge

Check out madrobot miniatures, lots of variation for vets, heads, torso etc. My favorites are the personality heads, can't beat those heads for vert conversions.

Just gonna copy paste this rather rudely ignored text from a thread about making multiple bloodthisters more interesting.
Build a story for each guy and work from there.
In a classic action movie you get the sniper, the scout/shamanic guy, the meathead, the tech/comms guy, the noob, the weapons expert, the demolitions guy, the close quarters killer/knife guy, the tough chick, the old wise guy that's seen it all before, the pair of brothers, the crazy guy, the scrawny assassin, the medic, the pretty boy etc
They'll have some character injected into them with some of these classic tropes.
Sorry if you've read this before.
